What is bissap made of?

Bissap is popular throughout West Africa where it’s called “bissap” and Mexico where it’s know as “Agua de Jamaica.” This recipe calls for hibiscus, mint, and honey or sugar. The packaged tea I had been drinking also listed blackberry leaves, apple, orange, lemon, lime, and strawberry as ingredients, so I added orange zest, lemon zest, and lime zest to the infusion.
